Cancellation/Refund Policies

At Enout, we strive to provide exceptional service and experiences tailored to meet your team's needs. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or reschedule your event. 

 

To ensure transparency and clarity, we have outlined our cancellation and refund policies below:

 

  1. Cancellation Policy

    1. Notification Requirement: Clients must provide written notice of cancellation at least 30 calendar days prior to the scheduled event date.

    2. Cancellation Procedure: To cancel your event, please submit a written request to our customer service team at hello@enout.in and your assigned Account Manager. Include your booking details and reason for cancellation to initiate the process.

    3. Cancellation Fees: Clients may be subject to cancellation fees in accordance with our terms and conditions. These fees are intended to cover expenses incurred in preparation for the event and are outlined in your booking agreement.

  2.  Refund Policy

    1. Eligibility: Refunds may be issued for cancellations made within the specified notification period, less any applicable cancellation fees. Refunds are processed based on the original payment method and may take 45 calendar days to reflect in your account.

    2. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 45 calendar days of the cancellation request. Please allow additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

    3. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled event without prior cancellation will result in forfeiture of all booking fees. We encourage clients to notify us of any changes to their plans to avoid unnecessary charges.

  3.  Rescheduling

    1. Requests: Clients may request to reschedule their event subject to availability. Please contact your assigned Account Manager to discuss alternative dates and any associated fees.

    2. Procedure: To reschedule your event, submit a written request to your account manager and our customer service team at hello@enout.in. We will work with you to find a suitable alternative date and provide guidance on any additional charges.

    3. Rescheduling Fees: Clients may be required to pay a rescheduling fee to cover administrative costs and any expenses incurred as a result of the change. Rescheduling fees are outlined in our terms and conditions and vary depending on the nature of the event and the notice provided.

  4.  Compliance

    1. Enout is committed to upholding the highest standards of compliance with the governing laws of India. Our policies, as outlined on this website, serve as a general guideline for our clients. However, please note that specific terms and conditions may vary depending on the terms agreed upon in the offline service agreement signed directly between you (the Client) and Enout.

    2. In the event of any discrepancies between the terms outlined on this website and those stipulated in the offline service agreement, the terms of the offline service agreement shall prevail. Our team will ensure that the terms agreed upon in the offline service agreement are honored and implemented accordingly.

  5.  Dispute Resolution

    1. In the event of a dispute regarding cancellations, refunds, or rescheduling, clients are encouraged to refer to the terms outlined in their offline service agreement. If there are any concerns or discrepancies, please contact our legal department at hello@enout.in

    2. Our team will work diligently to address any issues and reach a fair and equitable resolution in accordance with the terms of the offline service agreement.
